About me

Turning technical operations experience into digital systems.

For more than ten years I have developed professional experience across railway operations, technical systems, industry and logistics. I have worked in environments where correct diagnostics, operational safety, documentation and reliability directly affect the functioning of the entire system.

Different organisational and technical structures taught me to analyse problems from several perspectives at once: technical, operational, logistical, process and organisational. I do not focus only on an isolated fault. I look for relationships between system elements, operating conditions, information flow, infrastructure constraints and the actual objective of a process.

My primary employment remains in the railway sector. In parallel, I develop Vis-Sol as an independent technology project, translating experience in diagnostics, operations and process optimisation into digital systems, web solutions and automation.

From observation to solution

Visuals & Solutions: understand the problem before designing the answer.

Vis-Sol started in October 2025 as a concept combining clear visualisation of a problem with its practical solution. The name Visuals & Solutions describes the core working model: first understand the problem, its environment and the expected outcome, then design a solution that fits the real operating conditions.

The first stage focused on websites for local service businesses. The project later expanded into diagnostic tools, automation, applications supporting business processes and the VSA platform.

Many concepts used today grew from earlier observations, experiments, self-directed learning and ideas accumulated over years. Vis-Sol became the place where those ideas were organised, developed and turned into solutions that can operate outside my own environment.

VSA platform

Infrastructure matched to a problem, not a single generic chatbot.

VSA — Visuals & Solutions Assistant — is a developing platform combining organisational knowledge, communication, process automation, monitoring, intent handling and separate client environments.

VSA is not designed as one chatbot or an identical product for every company. It is developed as managed infrastructure that can be configured around a specific problem, knowledge sources, technical environment and operating model.

I am responsible for the product concept, architecture design, functional development, integrations, monitoring, diagnostics, documentation and preparation of the solution for commercial deployments.

Competence areas

Four experience groups, one diagnostic model.

Technology is selected for the problem, operating conditions and measurable outcome.

Diagnostics and operations

  • root-cause analysis
  • technical system diagnostics
  • maintenance and failure states
  • safe recovery and change control

Digital systems

  • application architecture, Python and FastAPI
  • API integrations and automation
  • service monitoring and knowledge systems
  • language models and multi-tenant architecture

Process design

  • workflow analysis
  • reducing process bottlenecks
  • resource optimisation and fallback paths
  • measurement before and after a change

Vis-Sol development

  • VSA concept and development
  • AutoAudit and Knowledge Scan
  • administrative and client panels
  • isolated instances and business applications
Project status

Transparent about the current stage.

Vis-Sol

Vis-Sol is an independent project developed alongside my primary professional work in the railway sector. The brand is currently moving through early market entry, initial deployments, solution validation and preparation for regular commercialisation.

I do not present Vis-Sol as a long-established corporation or a completed business success. Published materials show actual development work, implemented solutions, technical decisions and results achieved under the stated conditions.

Separation from employers

Projects, publications and opinions related to Vis-Sol are the author's independent activity. They do not represent the position of current or former employers in the railway, industrial or logistics sectors.
