VSA / AI platform for companies

An AI platform that works on a company website and supports a defined process.

VSA is a managed platform for assistants, organisational knowledge and automation, developed and maintained by Vis-Sol. It combines a website assistant, company knowledge, lead qualification, service intake and selected workflow automation within a dedicated instance.

For organisations that want to reduce response time, structure knowledge, collect complete information and relieve people from repetitive handling.

Direct answer

How should a company implement an AI assistant?

Start by defining the process, the approved knowledge sources and the limits of the system’s responsibility. Only then choose models, integrations and the communication layer. A widget alone is not enough if the solution has no controlled access to current information and no clearly defined tasks.

Practical detail

Common questions before an AI deployment

Prepared by Kamil Kosiorek “Kosior” — founder of Vis-Sol and designer of the VSA platform.

See Pilot, Instance and Care stages (PL)

Where should a small company start with AI?

Start with one real problem: repetitive questions, incomplete requests, difficult knowledge retrieval or manual transfer of information. Measure the current state and define an outcome that would justify the implementation.

How should AI be connected to a website and company processes?

The communication layer should connect the user to the correct instance, knowledge and permitted modules. Integrations should be introduced in stages with origin checks, permissions, error handling and human escalation.

How do you keep control over automated customer handling?

Define which answers can be produced independently, which cases require confirmation, how matters are handed over and what data is written to logs. The system should not make decisions outside the agreed scope.

Platform functions

A business AI system needs to do more than answer questions.

VSA can combine communication and process functions in one environment, while the scope of each instance is selected for a real use case.

AI assistant for a website

Recognises page context, answers, guides users to sections and opens the appropriate tools.

Company knowledge base

Uses approved content, documents, facts and categories assigned to the organisation’s instance.

Lead qualification

Collects the objective, scope, contact details and information needed for pricing or a follow-up conversation.

Service intake

Runs an initial interview, recognises the problem category and prepares a more complete service request.

Documents and data

Analyses materials, extracts information and prepares a structured result.

Process automation

Runs permitted steps, integrations and escalations according to the rules of the instance.

Integrations

VSA can be connected to an existing environment.

A complete website rebuild is not always necessary. VSA Connect can operate as an embedded widget, a proxy layer or a communication endpoint and route traffic to the correct instance.

  • websites and web applications
  • forms, webhooks and APIs
  • documents, CSV files and knowledge bases
  • panels, CRM, ticketing systems and internal tools

Security and isolation

Instance boundaries are part of the product model.

Client data and organisational knowledge should not mix across deployments. VSA separates configuration, sources, sessions, history, logs and communication channels.

Separate tenant

One organisation, one assigned instance and its own settings.

Origin control

The Connect layer verifies the channel and directs traffic to the correct environment.

Knowledge scope

Answers are created from sources approved for the organisation’s instance.

Human in the process

Decisions that require approval can remain with an employee.

Business use cases

From customer-service automation to organisational knowledge.

The platform can support several areas, but a production deployment should start with one process and a measurable outcome.

01

Customer-service automation

Answers, offer guidance and collection of complete information before contact.

02

AI for lead qualification

Recognising the need, budget, timing and the correct next step.

03

Service assistant

Initial diagnostics and a more complete handoff to the technician.

04

Knowledge for employees and customers

Procedures, documents and answers made available according to role and channel.

Deployment and maintenance

Prove value first, then move to production.

VSA Pilot tests one use case on a limited data scope and measures the result. After value is confirmed, Vis-Sol launches a dedicated VSA Instance, Connect layer, Dashboard and agreed modules.

Commercial model

A managed service, not a source-code sale.

The client uses a dedicated instance, VSA Connect, Dashboard and active modules while the service remains active. VSA Core, platform maintenance and development remain with Vis-Sol.

Scope

The scope depends on the process and integrations.

A VSA configuration can range from website connectivity, through a one-process pilot, to a full production instance with knowledge, modules, monitoring and managed support.
